
1) Landscaping is all about sharp, defined spaces with clear separations. Even the roughest of yards can look great with clear divisions between grass, pavement & dirt/woodchip areas.
2) Accessible - Especially during the winter, providing a clear, clean and safe walkway to the home is essential. You want buyers looking at the property, not slipping and sliding, so stay on top of shoveling and clearing pathways of toys and outdoor furniture.
3) Know your buyer - Not every property type needs to be parklike. Acreage properties should be presented differently than in-town yards. That said, both need to focus on showcasing what they have to offer, and the potential uses for buyers.
